Mr. Goodbar" was born black, shed to a dark chocolate bay, and is now coal black again with his winter coat. He has a deep over-stride with a good head nod, excellent conformation and straight legs. Mr. Goodbar was foaled and imprinted here at Champagne Walkers and was in the trailer by 3 days of age. He was following his dam on short trails by 10 days. He has been going over bridges and logs, through ditches, and in the water. He also gets regular walks around our country block and is exposed to traffic. He was raised in a herd setting, making him well socialized with other horses.

Nutrition is carefully balanced for calcium and phosphorous. Regular farrier and worming is also done. Training is firm, but gentle. Give to pressure; lots of praise and respect for my space are the techniques I use. He is very loving and people-oriented and was just gelded at six months.
