I acquired this mare when she was 9 years old. What drew me to her was her fluidity of movement and ground-covering stride. She and her owner were a poor fit for each other, so I traded one of my very confident fillies for Ebony. She came with many issues (mental/emotional) that we are slowly overcoming. I have learned a tremendous amount from this mare.

She is now 13 years old, and is one of the best rides I have ever been on. Nothing moves but my hair blowing in the wind of our passage. Tiring this mare out is nearly impossible, eager to go and to keep going. He feet are like rocks and she has never had a lame day in her life. She is 15.0 hands, sweet and loving.

Her foals are long-striding, smart, capable and willing. I have to feed them  to get the clean up done and sometimes they still think I am there to scratch and massage them. They learn at the drop of a hat and TALENTED! They hit the ground WALKING! I am so blessed to have this mare and the quality she brings to my program. I am eagerly awaiting her next foal in Jan 08.
